Design, supply and installation of a 115KV double circuit underground line. The cable route was built via horizontal directional drilling and passes under the Domingo Diaz road and ends at the Cerro Viento Substation. The project included the design, supply and installation of terminal riser poles that intercept the existing overhead line. Six 115kV outdoor terminations are installed on each pole. A bridge was fabricated for a river crossing.

The scope of work included fiber optics cables, a bridge for river crossing, testing and commissioning. The new cable energization as well as the removal of the abandoned overhead structures were done with minimal power interruptions in coordination with the utility company.
