With this objective in mind, we have implemented an ethics and transparency policy as well as a compliance guideline that applies to senior management and all Celmec employees. Compliance with this policy is also required of those who provide services for or on behalf of Celmec. This includes any service or goods provider such as subcontractors, suppliers and clients who could possibly participate in practices contrary to our ethics and transparency policy. 

Based on Panamanian Law No. 23 of April 27th of 2015, our compliance guideline establishes policies, procedures and controls for the prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism, and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. To further reinforce the company’s ethics and transparency policy, the guideline clearly identifies and prohibits any type of payment or activity which may be deemed as bribes or corrupt practices.
