HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Aware of the importance that safety represents for our employees, we have implemented an Occupational Health and Safety management system that allows us to control occupational risks and improve performance in our projects. This has been possible through continuous improvement programs such as: workplace risk prevention policies, training and job development programs, safety procedures and instructions, and specific emergency plans for each work.

In each project we have experts in safety matters that work together with our supervisors. Together, they are responsible for scheduling periodic safety talks and ensuring faithful compliance with our safety and health programs at work.

Additionally, we have established key performance indicators for health and safety at work that are periodically monitored to ensure that they are kept within the established parameters.

Celmec has voluntarily assumed commitments that go beyond the legal and regulatory obligations in terms of safety, which contributes to exceed the expectations of our workers and customers.

Through these actions, we have managed to maintain high safety standards and reduce accident rates in our projects.
