Supply, installation, testing & commissioning for the buildings medium voltage system. The project consisted of 15kV metal clad switchgears, paralleling switchgear, 15 kV dry type & oil immersed transformers, 15 kV gas insulated switches, riser cables, and cable trays.

Some interesting aspects about this project are that the dry type transformers and switches are installed in the 35th and 66th floor. All rigging was done by Celmec. Also the 10 MW capacity generator sets are controlled by a digital master controller with load adding and shedding functions. During an outtage, the building can take on critical loads with select priority. It can add or shed loads as well as generator sets for optimization.
