The works included the erection of gates, cranes, and 6.5 meter diameter penstock. Control and protection system and mechanical and electrical auxiliary systems.

Within the scope of contract were also included turnkey systems such as a 34.5 kV overhead power line and the power plant’s electrical substation. Also were include smaller turnkey systems for the auxiliary systems, small power and lighting, sewage, oily water treatment drinking water, fire detection and protection, and HVAC.
